Financial Aid

For Students entering in September 2024:

 Complete the Clarity application by December 1, 2023.

• You will be able to set up your account at Clarity (clarityapp.com) beginning September 1, 2023.
• Follow the step-by-step instructions as outlined in this 2024-25 Clarity Quick Reference Guide.

For New GA Families entering in September 2024:

Please complete the Admission Process while you are completing the Financial Aid Process.  Initial awards will be provided at the time of the offer of admission.

For Current GA Families:

Financial Aid awards are offered annually and therefore, families must complete the Financial Aid Process each year.  目前的家庭谁可能是第一次申请经济援助将能够注意到他们的清晰申请信息.

1. Financial Aid tuition grants for New Students 只要家庭在12月1日之前完成了经济援助程序，就可以在录取时获得奖学金.   

• Financial Aid Awards will be listed on the Enrollment Contract.

2.   Financial Aid tuition grants for Returning Students 只要家庭在12月1日之前完成了经济援助程序，就可以在重新入学时获得奖学金. 

• Financial Aid Awards will be listed on the Re-enrollment Contract.

**有资格获得经济援助的家庭，如果在入学时分配给援助的金额已经用尽，可能无法获得经济援助.

• Students who have been offered admission but for whom some or full aid is not available, 如果分配的资金被回收到我们的财政援助池中，将被放置在我们的财政援助等待池中.

• Tuition grants meeting partial need will be offered as long as funds remain available, and families may contact the Director of Admission, Enrollment and Financial Aid with any questions about their allocated awards. 

• Families in the Financial Aid Wait Pool will be notified immediately if funds recycle.

• If there is supporting documentation that more clearly defines your family’s financial situation, we ask that you forward that information to be included in your financial aid file. 完成财政援助过程但不符合证明需要的家庭将被通知.

• Germantown Academy endeavors to meet the full demonstrated need of financial aid applicants, 但是，如果在入学时分配给援助的金额已经用尽，符合条件的家庭可能无法获得全额援助.

• Financial Aid awards are provided to the student.
• If parents are divorced or separated, Germantown Academy requires that both parents complete their own Financial Aid process.  
• If there are unusual circumstances regarding their family situation or financial standing, they are welcome to contact the Director of Admission, Enrollment and Financial Aid for a personal conversation.
